All orders are dispatched within 2 business days after the beans are roasted. The cut off time for your orders to be included in the daily roast list is 12 pm. For bulk purchases (3kg and above), please pre-order your beans at least 2 days before.
Orders are shipped using SkyNet, PosLaju J&T Express, Line Clear and NinjaVan. The estimated delivery time is within 3-5 working days depending on region (7-10 business days for West Malaysia). Please note that any delays in delivery are outside of our control. Your tracking number will be provided to you by the shipping partner when your order is dispatched. Please ensure that you provide a valid contact number and email address.
If you opt for a same-day delivery via Lalamove or GrabExpress, please WhatsApp us your order and delivery details at 011-6266 8118. Do note that beans are subject to availability and the cut off time still applies.
Returns & Refunds
If you received the wrong item or find our coffee beans less than satisfactory, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at 011-6266 8118 to discuss the issue. To be eligible for a return, please provide us with a definitive proof along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 7 days from the date you received your order. We will not cover the return shipping fees.
We are not responsible for items damaged or missing during delivery.
We will notify you once we have received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if your return is approved. Please note that it may take some time before the refund is reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
In circumstances where you noticed a mistake after placing your order (e.g. grind options, shipping address), please contact us right away and we will do our best to resolve the matter. Do bear in mind that our beans are roasted to order, therefore we may not be able to cancel or make changes to your order if the request is made too late.
